Rev. Roy L. Bowman, Jr., Senior Pastor
Pastor Roy. Man of God with the Heart of God. Here to serve God's people. Pastor Roy and Rev. Tia Bowman have served together to love and care for the people since 1996.
Rev. Tia Bowman, Office of the Pastor
Rev. Tia Bowman, First Lady of CLM, has served alongside Pastor Roy in Ministry and in life for over 35 years. She oversees the quality control of all things Covenant, with special attention to our Women's Ministry, Marriage Ministry, and the Accountability Growth Teams (AGT). Rev. Tia's main mission is to ensure your spirit is properly nourished, at all times.
Rev. Stan Williams, Executive Pastor
Pastor Stan is truly what we call "all things Covenant". While his main position has him serving as the lead servant for ministries that ensure we bring you the best possible service through our media and technology (Media and Strategic IT Ministries), Pastor Stan also serves as Pastor Roy's "first responder" in many areas related to the overall mission of Covenant Life Ministries. Pastor Stan also serves CLM by overseeing ministries related to member care as well as outreach, locally and abroad.
Rev. Chet Baskins, Associate Pastor
Pastor Chet, "Obey on 1!", humblest of servants at CLM; serves as an Associate Pastor with an emphasis on Facility Management. Pastor Chet oversees ministries related to serving and servicing the members including Facilities, Ushers, Transportation, Church Adorning, as well as senior lead for the Men of Covenant.
Rev. Nigel D'Abreu, Youth Pastor
Pastor Nigel serves as CLM's Youth and Young Adult Ministry (YYAM) Lead. The YYAM Ministry encompasses spiritual training, education, and teaching for children of ALL ages, including our babies. Additionally, he serves as the Pastor for our Singles Ministry, and the Next Steps Ministry.
Rev. "PV" Henderson, Associate Pastor
Pastor Vernon serves as an Associate Pastor with CLM. He is known for not just his love of God's Word but also for his passion for the Word as ministered through the Ministry of Music. Pastor Vernon also serves as part of the ministerial teaching staff at CLM.
Rev. James Edelen, Associate Pastor
Pastor James is a dedicated servant, ministering in the areas of Marriage and International Missions. With a heart for strengthening covenant relationships, he provides biblical counsel, mentorship, and support to couples, helping them build Christ-centered marriages. His passion for outreach extends to leading and supporting international missions, spreading the Gospel, providing humanitarian aid, and empowering communities worldwide. Through his serving, Pastor James embodies the call to love, serve, and disciple.
